David A. Lundy, Esq.
Lundy provides legal services including patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, franchise, licensing, and computer law, both domestic and foreign, including trials and appeals in all courts.

(J.D., 1963, University of Michigan Law School) Attorney in the areas patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, franchise, licensing, and computer law, both domestic and foreign, including trials and appeals in all courts.  He has counseled major corporations and small companies regarding the management of their intellectual property holdings and licensing transactions.  Mr. Lundy is a certified mediator and has defended and prosecuted patent, trademark and copyright litigations in both Federal and state courts.  He has participated in the development of the patents laws as it relates to the protection of Algorithms and was lead counsel In Re Schrader, 22 F.3d 290 (CAFC 1994).  Mr. Lundy had a major part in developing the law regarding contempt in the State of Indiana in being lead counsel in Kemsco Group, Inc. v. Donald Graves, 9 USPQ2d 1404 (1988), 864 F2d 754 (1988).  Mr. Lundy also has represented corporations and artists in the entertainment industry.
